Cannot find Update 3283

Hello,

We are having different behavior for our application with two different IE6
browsers.
The only difference between the two is that one has "Update Versions: SP2;"
and one has "Update
Versions: SP2; 3283;"

I have spent a lot of time looking . . . I cannot find out what is "3283"
is, where to get it, and so . . . . anyone know?!
