If you're getting the "cannot find server" error
along with a blank page stating that "page cannot be
displayed" then it doesn't seem that you are connecting
to the internet. Since you are using dial-up, the first
thing I would do would be to call your isp and request
several numbers to connect to. Try them one by one and
see if you can hit the net. Usually the error is caused
by too much traffic to a certain ip address; isps
purposely assign too many people to connect to a single
address - it's a lot cheaper for them equipment-wise.
They should be able to give you at least three different
dial-up numbers in your local area code. Hope this helps!
