Amar,
Some try the following suggestions. Make sure you backup the
registry keys before changing them. The below solution is from a
forum. I have also included the link for it at the end of this
solution.

You have a malware VBS.Zodgila created by VBS program, try to disable
them
Running process for it and delete all traces for it by doing this:
Open the Windows Explorer and locate this path:
C:\MS32DLL.dll.VBS delete it from here
C:\autorun.inf delete this INF folder
C:\Windows\MS32DLL.dll.VBS delete the folder VBS
Close the Windows Explorer.
Open run command andtype in:
Regedit click [OK].
On the Registry Editor locate these KEYs:
[-] HKEY_CURRENT_UER\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Main =
In the Right pane/Window locate this entry and delete:
[ab]Windows Title "Hacked.by [Removed]"

[-] HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run =
in the Right pane/window remove the runing process:
"MS32DLL" "%Windir%\MS32DLL.dll.VBS"

The same with this KEY if it there:
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Services = MS32DLL.dll.VBS remove it from
there.

Then download this software:
http://www.safer-networking.org for Spybot S&D
If you have an Anti-Virus Run it in both Safe Mode and Normal Mode.

Let us know if that helps.

The fact that it can't be found suggests that the afore-mentioned
malware was removed by your a/v software, but the reference to the file
was not removed from the registry.

Click Start, Run, type REGEDIT, click OK. Press the Home key, press F3,
type the name of the file into the search pane. Click "Find Next", and
when located, delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue
the search.

You can click File, Export, and save the entry to the Desktop. If you
remove it and there's a problem, double-click the .reg file you exported
to the Desktop and it'll be added to the registry again. You can create
a restore point before editing the registry too.
