I have Office Professional Plus.
Outlook Mail stopped allowing me to delete mail. An Error show up indicating
that there is a corruption or problem with the .pst file and to run scanpst.
the only problem is that I cannot find the file. I've used search and it is
not there. I've trid to use the repair function on the install disc and have
even uninstalled and re-installed the program. scanpst.exe still is not
there. STUCK!

You can download SCANPST from:
http://www.computerhope.com/download/updates.htm. Alternatively you can also
try your hand on MDBVW32 or MFCMapi tool. If there is a corrupt email in the
mailbox you will see a blank placeholder when you access that mailbox through
these two tools.

SCANPST is in %CommonProgramFiles%\system\MSMAPI\1033 for English
installations of Outlook for 2003 and earlier. It is in
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12 for Outlook 2007. It's also usually
on the Start menu under either Microsoft Office Tools or Microsoft
Office>Microsoft Office Tools and is called "Inbox Repair Tool".
