Cannot find menu Archive in File pulldown menu

Hi,

I unable to find the Archive menu in File pull down menu. I am working
with the PC which is Networked, Windows XP Professional version 2002 service
pack 3. Geniune version of Windows & Microsoft office. With my user login i
can see this menu, but with my friend's user login i am unable to see this
menu, could you please help me out, where to find this archive command. My
e-mail id is (E-Mail Removed). I am from Sinagpore.

Is this in a corporate network? Contact your corporate admin and ask if they
have disabled it as a policy.
Note that different policies could apply to you and your friend.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your kind reply. Yes this is corporated network. I will check
with my IT staff to enable this policy & let you know the result. Thanks
