cannot find ipsec in TCP/IP advanced settings

's Computer Specifications

I cannot find ipsec in TCP/IP advanced settings in Win XP
Professional as the same can be found in Win 2000
Professional.

Will be grateful if anyone can help.

It is not located there post-W2k.
You can manage the IPsec local policy within the
Local Security Policy console.
