this appears along with cannot find file
c:\drivers\setpow when i turn on my pc. i think it may be
preventing me from installing games. plz help

You really don't want to get that file back. It's part of several
well-known viruses/worms. It is *not* a valid Windows file. Pay
particular attention to _all_ of the removal instructions:

W32.Kwbot.C.Worm

No, it's not stopping you from installing anything.

You don't want it back. System32.exe is a virus you presumably
deleted recently. You're now left with a reference to it that you
also need to remove.
