Cannot find contacts

I put contacts in my contacts folder in outlook, but when I want to put them
in the email they are not in the address book

The other information you would need to provide to obtain an answer from a
newsgroup:
1. Outlook version
2. How you configured the Outlook Address Book Service in the Outlook
profile you are using
3. Whether the Contacts you expect to see have valid, resolved electronic
addresses

1. Outlook version 2003 loaded on 64bit Vista Home Premium
2. I just clicked on the contacts tab and entered a new contact. How do you
configure the address book service
3. If a valied email address is (E-Mail Removed) I have, otherwise what is a
valied email address. Thank you for your answer.
