Yes, I am on the Internet. I tried later as well. If the site can be out of
business while Microsoft is not, Microsoft Help should not link to it. But I
checked the IP with my firewall: it is 207.46.250.101. Whois lookup says it
belongs to Microsoft and reverse DNS lookup fails.
