Cannot expand folders

Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003. Granted users full mailbox access to another
user mailbox.

Connected the mailbox and when trying to expand it in folder view.get
following error:
"Unable to display the folder. You do not have appropriate permission to
perform this operation. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this
operation on this object."

Checked ADSI as per KB839531 and everything is fine.

Any ideas?
