Cannot execute asp

I got the following error when I execute the asp on IIS.

Source: W3SVC
Event ID: 36
The Server failed to load application '/LM/W3SVC/1/ROOT'
The error was 'No such interface supported'

I have already done the component service on add/remove
windows component. Please advice. Thanks
