Cannot email large PDF files

You really don't provide enough details. What version of Outlook are you
using? What size are the PDF files? What type of mail account do you have? If
you're in a business environment, connecting to a Microsoft Exchange server
is there a cap on incoming and/or outgoing attachment size?
