I cannot edit a signature in Outlook 2003.

I have signatures entered and wish to edit them. The signature options is
not avaialable. I do not hink I am not using WORD as an editor. However on
tools\options\mailformat shows the WORD as an editor option is also not
available. This maybe becuse I am using Office 2000. Can you help?
