You may have a problem with missing or incorrect permissions to your sysvol share
that is located in \winnt\sysvol\sysvol. Try running dcdiag from the support tools on
your dc to see what it reports. The link below may help. Also use AD Users and
Computers to make sure that the default domain GPO is linked to the domain container
in properties/Group Policy. --- Steve
