cannot e-mail from a web site

      2nd Nov 2008
as i did before, i try to reply to an add in a web site but unsucessful, a
new window appear and it says " the new internet account has not been
created yet" please help me, i cant' e-mail a picture from a web site
either. thank you

It would be helpful if you disclosed which email service or method you normally use.
It sounds like your preferred email service has not been designated as the default.

You need to be more specific re: problem solving. How to set default, make
MS mail compattible with http servers such as yahoo,google etc.

Yes, but people tend to get overwhelmed when I throw the whole kitchen sink of
possibilities at them. :-)
The first order of business is to find out who the provider is, and then go on from there.

Do you have an existing email address that you want to continue using?
If so, what is the part after the @ symbol? That will tell me who your
mail service provider is.
