I have used the relationship ribbon many times and it work just fine.

Recently I added another table to my database, establish the relationship
with two other tables and everything looks good.

The odd part is after I split the database, either I open the back end or
the front end Access always giving me error so I cannot see the pictorial
relationship.

The "Visual Studio Just-In-Time Debugger" window pop-up with a message "An
unhandled Win32 exception occured in MSACCESS.EXE [6072]"

Is there a bug in Access that I don't know about, is there a fix to this?

I am not sure if the table relationship and database integrity is still
good, I am also not comfortable not being able to see the pictorial
relationship in the System that I developed.

The last time this happen I deleted all relationship in the table from the
last back-up, then unite the front end with the back end, this work for a
moment that is until I split the database. When I opened the back-end try to
draw the pictorial relationship then the Microsoft Office Access Windows
pop-up asking if I want to Send the error report to Microsoft, Debug, or
Don't Send. There is also a check box that says "Repair my open database and
restart Microsoft Office Access" this happen repeatedly. If I click the
Debug button then "MSACCESS - Application Error" window pop-up and says "The
instruction at "0x3020836e" referenced memory at "0x00000035"". The memory
could not be "read"." With two buttons that says either OK to terminate or
Cancel to debug.

Any response is appreciated.
