cannot download .wav files

IE won't download .wav files. When I go to a website
such as www.dailywav.com and try to open the file or try
to save target I get the error: Internet Explorere cannot
download ..wav. Wasn't able to open this internet site.
Please try again later. However I can open and save on
the other 2 computers that I have.
