Ever since I installed Wndows XP SP2, I can't download a
PDF file. Iget either a "file could not be wrtiien to
cache" or "no such interface supported" error when I try
to "save target as". This worked fine under SP1. Turning
off the popup blocker and putting the site in trusted
sites doesn't work either.

Acrobat Reader seems to have a bit of difficulty getting resynched
with the new OS. I managed to get it working again by fiddling with
its Internet Preferences (e.g. Ctrl-k in AR) but others simply uninstall
their current version and download and install the latest version from
Adobe (which BTW now appears to be 6.0.1)

Good luck
