cannot display OS choices

hello

I have created an image using RIPREP. When I start a client and try to
download an image, the system shows me after entering the domain
administrator credentials:

"cannot display OS choices... may not have sufficient network permissions"

How can this when using the domain administrator credentials and which
permissions should I check for ?
