Has anyone every heard of this problem?

We have a COM addin, that during the OnConnection even it may display a
dialog box to log the user into an external system.

We have encountered a couple of customers which our addin terminates because
of an error that it cannot display the form! This only occurs if a specific
addin from one of two other vendors is loaded. We have seen our addin
coexist fine with many other addins. But when either of these two are
loaded, our addin cannot display its dialog box.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what is causing this?

What addins are they are do you know what they are doing? Have you
talked to the vendors of those addins?

One addin is written by iManage that interfaces with their document
management system, the other addin is called FileNet. We have tried talking
to them, but they haven't been very useful. We don't really know what they
are doing at initialization, thats what I would really like to find out.
