Cannot Display The Folder

My Outlook 2007 keeps losing its location in my folders. When this happens,
I receive an error message:

"Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the
specified folder location. 'Microsoft Office Outlook' exited without properly
closing your Outlook data file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Stanley
Henderson\My Documents\My Work Files\PIM Data Bases\Outlook Data\200801-12
PIM Archives.pst'. 'Microsoft Office Outlook' must be restarted. If this
error message recurs, contact support for 'Microsoft Office Outlook' for
assistance."

I'm also seeing more often than not a "databinding" message in the lower
left screen of the status bar.

Can anyone tell me what the issue is?
