Cannot detect a printer already on network

We have a laptop that has two printers connected to it
via our main office network but we cannot print off them
for some reason. The message we are getting on our HP
Laserjet 1200 is Unable to connect although the OKI ML
320 Elite shows ok does not print. All the other
computers in the office are fine and print ok on both
printers. Please help.
