Hi,
This probably indicates corruption in the cache. Delete the Temporary
Internet Files folder- a new folder will be created on restart. See the
instructions at
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm I'd recomment that
you set the size of the new TIF folder to 50-60 MB. That's large enough for
normal use.
If cookies aren't clearing from Internet Options> General, you can go to the
Cookies folder at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Cookies and delete them
from there.
