Close Outlook. Do a file/folder search for scanpst.exe. Use the Advanced
button to include hidden files and folders. You will also need to know the
location of your PST, which is in the filepath you included in your email.
When you locate scanpst.exe, double-click it and follow the instructions
which will include browsing to your PST file. Let it scan and repair your
PST, then run it again. If it finds errors, repeat the scan until no further
errors are found. When this happens, open Outlook again.
