sometimes i have a similar problem with other software. In fact, one
software had me hostage the other day because it required a password to
unistall, but i never provided a password during or after installation...
The way i resolve unistalled regular unwanted software is to
1) make a restore point (just in case)
2) delete their respective program folders via safe mode
3) reboot to, see screens of startup failures that are related to them then
use a registry cleaner to remove the orphaned entries that don't have their
parent folders anymore.....
