Copied a tiff file from cd to harddrive. When I try to delete file from
harddrive told there is a sharing violation. There is none, file is not
marked read only, taskmanager finds nothing running. The people who put my
computer together say it is an MS problem, MS of course says it is not -
unless I pay the money up front. Anyone know how to get rid of these files?
