Hello,

Outlook 2003 won't let me delete one of my send / receive groups,
giving the message "You cannot remove the selected send'receive
group."

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Ivan

You may need to let Outlook create a new file, and then recreate all your
send/receive groups. To do this, close Outlook, search your drive for a file
called Outlook.srs (assuming the name of your profile is Outlook), rename it
to Outlook.srs.old, then restart Outlook and recreate your send/receive
groups. You can back up your new .srs file in case the one in use becomes
corrupted again. You may need to search within hidden folders to find your
Outlook.srs file.

Thank you for your suggestion, however I did a search for any .srs
files and couldn't find any.
I have 3 send/receive groups and tried creating a fourth in order to
test delete it. It deleted without any problem.
Please advise on how to find....
Thank you

Open Windows Explorer and enter %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook in the Address
Bar. Click Go. You should see the srs file there.
