I am trying to delete a rule in Outlook 2000. I select
the rule in the Rule Wizard, "hit" delete and when I
select "ok" I get a message stating:" A value in the Rule
description box has not been set. To set a value, click
underlined words at the bottom of the Rule Wizard". I
have clicked the underlined words and changed it to
something else even renamed the rule but no luck continue
to get the same message. Any advise would be appreciated.

When you get this mesage, hit the OK - this will bring the rules-wizard to
the erroneous rule (it's probably not the rule you want to delete). This
message usually shows when you delete a folder addressed by some rule.
