recently i download a desktop themes, later i deleted the themes, but i cant seems able to delete this program(New.net Domains). Everytime i go to C:\ Program Files and click on the folder and click delete, a new box appear and says

"cannot delete newdotnet6_10.dll:Access denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-proctected and that the file is not currently in use"

Is there any other way to remove this folder or this program, I even went to "add/remove programs" but didnt see this program over there

Restart your computer, when the screen turns black but you can here that it's restarting, hold down the F8 key and boot into safe mode. You should be able to uninstall it. If not hit ctrl alt delete and find it in the processes list and right click, end process tree, then try again on the uninstall.
