Delete from the registry. I don't know your version of Windows, but for
Windows XP and 2000, the mail profile is in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles. Locate the bad one and delete it.
