Cannot delete printer in Windows XP

I have two printers that used to be shared printers on an
other PC. Now I want to delete them and I cannot. It
tells me that i do not have the rights. I am the admin of
the system. If I logon as Admin cannot see them, but if I
logon as user they are there. Please help having this
problem on other systems.
