Whenever i got to move mp3 files in XP they cannot be
moved or deleted. I downloaded who lock me and an the
process explorer.exe is using them multiple times, and i
think this may be the problem.

Yeah, I have the same problem, and I haven't been able to
find ANY help on it, I've been thinking about moving to
Linux for a year now, guess it's time to. Microsoft
never seems to know what they are doing,...
