Hi,

I'm having that problem (again!) where an email I sent got stuck -- then my
test email did, also...

The error in the send/receive progress window is 'Unknown Error 0x8004060C.'

When I try to delete them, I get 'The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook. (I did, but it
didn't help!) I also toggled offline and on, and still couldn't delete.

I can't even MOVE the emails -- says "can't move the items."

The first thing to try is to go off line with Outlook and then try to delete those
stuck messages while off line

outlook 2002 supports 'work offline' and that is the easiest. Set outlook
offline and wait about 5 min. then the message should delete.
