microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general is one, but I think it is post-OE6.
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress seems to bill
itself as OE6 and previous. I would start there.
If you are using the web interface on microsoft.com/communities, this is all
under the Windows aegis.
