Do you have Vista's SP1 installed? If so, that would explain the error
message you got. SP1 already includes the KB941090 hotfix.
If you really can't move or delete the 'stuck' emails in your outbox,
then try the three database utilities in WMUtil:
http://www.oehelp.com/wmutil/
If no improvement, then upgrade to WLM:
http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview
