when i try try delete a certain folder, i receive the msg, "cannot delete
folder, It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs
that might be using the file and try again"
but no other programs are running . . . i have turned the computer off and
re-booted but still get the message. .

Hi Ronald,

Could be a DLL Windows is accessing. Have you tried in Safe Mode to
remove the folder?

Close your background apps before you try to delete files that may be in
use by your background apps.
