I am trying to delete a file which I think has become
corrupted. Whenever I try to delete the file, I get the
error "Cannot delete xxxxx: It is being used by another
person or program." Even when running XP Pro in Safe
Mode this error occurs. What's even more strange is the
fact that I can copy the file and immediately after
pasting the copy into the directory, I get the exact same
error message when I try to delete the copy!

Any ideas?
