I have a large WMP file I downloaded and I cannot delete. When I try it
says the file is being used by another person or program. I am the only user
on my PC. I have stopped Windows Media Player from running many times. I've
also tried playing something else in WMP as well as attempting to delete it
on start up but nothing works. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Constance;
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Choose Safe Mode at the menu.
Select Administrator.
Now try to delete it.
