Cannot Delete <file> It is being used by another person or program error

Hello,

I am getting this error. It is a .mdb file and Access is not running.

Any idea how I find out what process is grabbing this file?

It is on a server and rebooting is not an option right now.

Help?

SysInternals "Process Explorer" can do that.

Select "Find" and enter the file name.
