I tried to delete my cookies with several methods. Impossible to delete them.
They stay there in the temporary internet folder. Do I have a virus or
something?

What are the methods you've tried already?

If you are doing CTRL + A | DELETE | ENTER then it maybe trying to delete
the insex.dat file first. What I'd try is CTRL + A & holding CTRL down,
de-select the index.dat file then press DEL | ENTER

What are your results now?

Download CCleaner. It will delete what you want deleted.

If the dates of the files are today, or between today and the last time
you booted the computer, you are probably fine. If you can't delete any
of them though, that could be a problem. My first suggestion would be
to run anti virus application followed by up to 3 different anti spyware
programs. If they don't do anything, then come back and explain in as
much detail as you can, what your situation is. Are you using an admin
account to delete them?

I found the problem: in the internet options panel conserve favourite
websites must be unchecked otherwise it conserves them all...

Which suggests that you have IE8 installed, something you've neglected to
mention in your previous posts.
