Cannot delete calendar entries in Outlook 2003

Hello,

our company has conference rooms defined in Exchange/Outlook so that people
can reserve the rooms for meetings. Users then schedule meetings using the
conf. room resources. Now, users cannot delete the calendar entries. I
would like to check the permissions set up for the meeting room. can anyone
tell me how to identify the owner of the calendar or how to check the
permissions assigned?
