Cannot be Defragmented

Hi,

My boss is gone today, so I decided to defragment his C

rive. Everything
was defragmented except for one thing. It is 1.67 GB and is called:

\Documents and Settings\Tom.bai\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.ost

This appears to be a storage of Outlook info. Do I need to worry about this
not being defragmented??
