It certainly sounds like your computer is infected. I would start with the
basics, making sure you are working from a clean base with standard
virus/antispyware tools instead of relying on what you are using.

If the machine proves to be clean, uninstall all Comodo products (which have
been known to be problematic) and test. If all is well, install a better
antivirus such as NOD32 (commercial) or even Avast or Avira if you need a
free AV. The built-in Windows Firewall is fine for most people.
