Cannot create a VPN

Hi All

I need some assitence it is possible to set up a VPN connection in Windows
XP Office 2003 home edition? When I try and connect I keep on getting error
code 800. This is extremely frustating indeed.

Please help me!

cannot VPN on home edition, need to upgrade to pro

You cannot do this with MS Office, it's a feature completely unrelated to
Office. It's more of an OS or communications feature.

XP Home does not support VPN. You could use OpenVPN, but keep in mind that
a VPN is not something you set up on one end only. Frequently it's also
necessary to configure the routers in use to permit the VPN traffic.

What is at the other end of the VPN tunnel you are trying to create?

There is also a newsgroup devoted to VPN issues, try
microsoft.public.isa.vpn
