Sorry for premature update.

I am trying to get Quick Launch to work. I right clicked on Star>
Properties. Then the Taskbar tab, folowed by checking Show Quick Lunch >
Appply.

When I right click the taskbar>Quick Launch ... it says "Cannot create
toolbar."
What should I do?

Problem solved when I manually replaced Quick Launch folder.
