Cannot create new e-mail messages in Outlook 2007

Hi,

I click on New in Outlook 2007 to create a new e-mail and get the following
error:

"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid."

How do I fix this problem? I cannot send any e-mails or create any New
items in Outlook at all.
