Cannot create hyperlinks to the current document anymore

Hi all,

i'm working on a document containing about 150 pages. I
have quite a few links allready created, whitch are
working well. All links have targets, to headings in the
current document.
The problem is, any NEW created links to targets in the
current document are chanched to links to another document
named by the displayed name of the link.

Can someone help please.

System information

Word 2000 SR1
Windows 2000 Pro SP4
