New Email:
Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid.

Tools -> Accounts:
The operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. Restart
Outlook and try again. If the problem persists, reinstall.

Data File Management:
Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.

I tried restarting, then reinstallation. Nothing changed. I deinstalled
Microsoft Office completely; I removed manually all Outlook-files from
User/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/Outlook and from Program
Files/Microsoft Office/Outlook.
After reinstallation, all problems still remained.

Can anyone help me out?

I can't help you, but have the same problem after adding an account to the
Microsoft Outlook connector.

I had the same problem too, but I figured out how to fix it. Here are
step-by-step instructions (for Windows Vista):

Go to Control Panel > (switch to "Classic View") Programs and Features

Select "Microsoft Office 2007"

Click on "Change" in the actions bar

Check "Add or Remove Features" and click Continue

Expand Microsoft Office Outlook
See if there are any red X's next to any of the Outlook components
If there are you can click on each of the components one by one and click
Continue
OR (if all components have a red X) you can click on Microsoft Office
Outlook and click Continue (which activates the bare minimum to run Outlook)

I also have the same issue after installing the connector, however, there are
no red Xs. Any other ideas?
