A user gets
Cannot create attachments. A required action was not successful due to an
unspecified error.

Next thing is to redo her profile, but I'm wondering if you have other
suggestions.

When you go to File/Item, Contacts or Emails generate it, also if you drag
and drop a message from Outlook it does the same, you can attach files no
problem.
Outlook was reinstalled last week, we checked all plug-ins none are disabled.
Outlook 2003 SP2
Win XP Sp2
