I am trying to copy one user to another. I am able to do
this with any user except one particular user. When
coping users in the SYSTEM PROPERTIES window, ADVANCED
tab, USER PROFILE SETTINGS,
I get the following message for one particular user.
"Failed to set Security on the Destination Profile.
Error - Access is denied."
I believe this particular user that I am copying from is
the one that was first made during installation and had
the option to "MAKE FILES PRIVATE" which I clicked on.

Can someone help me out here?

Is the user you are trying to copy the same as the user you are currently
logged on?

no, I logon as a third user with admin rights.
